Saņemot preci, lūdzam pārliecināties par to, vai piegādātās preces atbilst pasūtījumam. Preces derīguma termiņš un tās ražotājs ir norādīts uz iepakojuma.

Atteikuma tiesības ir patērētāja tiesības 14 kalendāro dienu laikā atkāpties no līguma (atteikt pasūtījumu), nemaksājot līgumsodu, procentus vai zaudējumu atlīdzību.

Garantijas un atteikuma tiesības izmantojamas saskaņā ar LR spēkā esošajiem likumiem un pārdotās preces specifiku. Garantiju var izmantot, ja Pircējam ir saglabājies pirkumu apliecinošs dokuments un tas kopā ar preci ir iesniedzams Pārdevējam.

Ja Pircējs vēlas izmantot atteikuma tiesības, ņemiet vērā, ka tās nevar tikt realizētas šādos gadījumos:

  • pēc likumā paredzētā termiņa notecēšanas;
  • ja preces iepakojums ir atvērts un/vai bojāts;
  • attiecībā uz tūlītējam patēriņam paredzētām precēm (t. sk. zālēm, higiēnas un kosmētikas precēm).

Atteikuma tiesību izmantošana: pircējs nogādā preci Pārdevēja adresē kopā ar pirkumu apliecinošu dokumentu un atteikuma veidlapu (rakstiet uz un veidlapa tiks nosūtīta e-pastā), kā arī garantijas talonu (ja izsniegts).

Naudas atmaksa: pilnā apmērā 30 (trīsdesmit) dienu laikā pēc rakstveida atteikuma saņemšanas.

Prasījumu var iesniegt brīvā formā vai aizpildīt prasījuma veidlapu saskaņā ar MK noteikumiem Nr. 631 (01.08.2006).

Terms of Withdrawal

Upon receiving the product, please check that the delivered goods correspond to the order. The product’s expiration date and manufacturer are indicated on the packaging.

The right of withdrawal entitles the consumer to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without paying a contractual penalty, interest, or damages.

Warranty and withdrawal rights may be exercised in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the product’s specifics. Warranty applies if the Buyer retains proof of purchase and submits it with the item to the Seller.

If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, please note that it cannot be applied in the following cases:

  • after the legal deadline has expired;
  • if the product packaging is opened and/or damaged;
  • for goods intended for immediate consumption (incl. medicines, hygiene and cosmetic products).

How to withdraw: deliver the product to the Seller’s address with proof of purchase and a withdrawal form (email and we will send the form), and a warranty voucher if one was issued.

Refund: full amount within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the written withdrawal.

A claim may be submitted in free form or via the claim form under Cabinet Regulation No. 631 (01.08.2006).
